We specialize in site and design surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, boundary surveys and construction layout.
We have a full time opening for an experienced Survey Technician to help with the variety of projects that the firm secures.
You will be working the field as well as in the office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Boundary Retracement surveys, Design surveys, Topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and Construction Surveys
- GPS/Robotic/Data Collector
- Boundary Line Determination
- Research in various County Clerk offices and local municipalities
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Mapping with CAD software. Carlson Software used in this office
- Applicant should be able to utilize and maintain survey equipment such as GPS, robotic total stations and levels
- 10 hour OSHA (required) -- 40 Hour HAZWOPER a plus

Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license and a travel worthy vehicle
- Occasional travel throughout the State, occasional overnight(s) out of Town
- Associates or Bachelor´s Degree in Surveying
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience as listed above
- Minimum 2 years experience with mapping software.
